Refund policy

If something is not as described, notify us within 7 days after arrival with photos and the order reference so we can investigate. For change-of-mind returns, request authorization within 21 days; only complete, uninstalled assemblies in the delivered condition qualify, and applicable return freight or restocking fees will be disclosed. Refunds follow inspection of the returned item. Statutory remedies remain available where required.
